Question 2

What services does Tourays Global Logistics offer?

Accepted Answer

Tourays Global Logistics coordinates container shipping (FCL and LCL), ocean freight, freight forwarding, shipping documentation support, cargo consolidation, project cargo, air freight, road freight, warehousing and vehicle export through trusted logistics partners. TGL organizes and coordinates shipments; it does not own or operate transport assets.

Question 3

Where is Tourays Global Logistics based?

Accepted Answer

Tourays Global Logistics is based in Remseck am Neckar, Germany, and coordinates international shipments through major European ports including Hamburg, Bremerhaven, Antwerp and Rotterdam.

Question 4

Do you ship vehicles to West Africa?

Accepted Answer

Vehicle shipping is available as a secondary, container-based service on selected trade lanes — for example, a car shipped inside a container alongside other cargo. We coordinate the quotation, booking and documentation with our partner network.

Question 5

What is the difference between FCL and LCL container shipping?

Accepted Answer

FCL (Full Container Load) means you book an entire container for your cargo. LCL (Less than Container Load) means your cargo shares container space with other shipments, which is more cost-effective for smaller volumes.

Question 6
